The first step was reshaping the brand for a digital-first world.

Through in-depth market immersion and collaborative brand workshops, we developed a digital brand strategy rooted in key principles, enhancing colour accessibility, motion guidance, illustration and iconography.

We refined Tofoo’s visual identity by evolving its illustration style, crafting custom brand badges and introducing the “wonky box”, a distinctive design element inspired by tofu’s natural form. This versatile graphic device became the foundation for buttons, containers and brand assets, reinforcing Tofoo’s unique and playful personality.

With these strengthened brand foundations, we built a new digital experience designed to solidify Tofoo’s position as a leader in the plant-based market.

The website seamlessly blends education and storytelling, engaging both new and loyal customers while elevating Tofoo’s presence in an increasingly competitive space.

To support international growth, we implemented a scalable multisite environment, launching both UK and French websites with the flexibility to expand into new markets.

This future-proofed digital solution allows Tofoo to efficiently manage both its UK and French websites within a single environment, as well as a system that allows for future expansion into additional markets ensuring brand consistency across all locations.
