We’ve been raising the bar recently for our client Beer Hunter, a new online retail supplier who are currently brewing up a storm with their quality craft beers.
Although fresh on the scene, their management team already have vast experience in purchasing, warehousing and logistics thanks to another wholesale business which they own. By July of this year they were on the lookout for a digital marketing agency to help them increase their market share in the online craft beer sector.
Enter Tall, with a digital strategy born from weeks of meticulous research into this steadily growing market. As with all our projects, we dug deep to understand every aspect of the craft beer audience, focusing especially on their desires and purchasing habits. Our efforts led to recommendations that have massively impacted sales during the second half of 2017.
Tall’s strategy for Beer Hunter – covering Email, Packaging, Paid Search and Social Media – includes key elements of Conversion Rate Optimisation and Customer Journey Optimisation, with Brand and Ecommerce website due to be launched in the new year.
Short term targets were designed to increase sales from September to December and we haven’t been disappointed: To date, Beer Hunter have enjoyed a YoY climb in revenue of more than 227% with over 200% increase in the number of transactions. And there’s been a rise of almost 10% in average order value, so we’re obviously on the right tracks.
Now we’re entering into the client’s key sales period and will provide further updates on our performance – so watch this space! If the last couple of months are anything to go by, the upward trend will undoubtedly continue as we launch the new Beer Hunter Brand and Website.
