The detail is everything
Designing the new site began by examining data and conducting discovery workshops, which helped us identify the key factors of the Switch2 appeal. This then informed the direction we wanted to take in designing the new web experience.
We also wanted to enforce a new, friendlier, tone of voice by utilising and enhancing the brands’ colours, iconography, and illustrative style.
