The team at ALA Insurance, one of the largest independent providers of GAP, Warranty and other specialist insurance products, approached Tall with a simple brief – to create a better customer-brand relationship with the right personality.
Additionally, the client needed the website to make meaningful connections with its audience whilst protecting the SEO structure and content that existed.
In September 2021, a Gravity® session was held to help inform the marketing strategy for ALA, with a particular focus on brand and the website.
A brand repositioning exercise followed, to support the long-term business strategy of becoming a market authority, positioned away from the perceived industry standard of hard pushy phone sales.
Alongside this, and supported by SEO partners Ignition, Tall built a new website that not only reflected the new brand identity but was centred around an open and barrier free customer journey ensuring complex insurance subject matter could be better understood.
Tall produced a customer friendly website that was well designed and easy to navigate, where customers remain engaged and are guided through to purchase completion.
